I'm now putting my blog online for the rest of the world to read instead of just using Deborah' Diary on our website at Studio Scotland - which is actually just my agenda for the coming year.
I've never felt quite right at the thought of blogging because it implies that I expect the world to be interested in what I have to say - and I'm just not that important - however, surprisingly enough, it appears that Deborah's Diary seems to get quite a few hits on our website. So, in the interest of self discipline - ie what it takes to write regularly - here goes.
My slideshow on the right shows the the team and I at work doing what we do - making high quality films for our commissioners!
I have also indulged in showing my fabby new car in the Video Bar below - a Citroen C3 Pluriel which is a little convertible, hatchback, spider and nippy wee runabout all wrapped up in one package. This is one of my nods to being environmentally aware as I move down(?) from my gorgeous Freelander - but what I like about the Pluriel is that it's still fairly high off the ground giving all round visibility as I'm not renowned for my height! You can watch it in action by clicking one of the film boxes...
...I'm also a collector of quality handbags indulging in Chanel, Hermes, Mulberry and LV. As Dorcas from Lark Rise to Candleford would say, "bags are my one little weakness"! I don't spend money on myself for anything else so am able to justify it. I love the feel and smell of a well made handbag - or shoe - or any beautiful work of art I suppose. Unfortunately, my darling husband doesn't seem to get it but he's a sweetie and let's me get on with it.
I've popped in a little bit about my favourite films and books - will add to it when I have time, however it would be really good if you'd do the poll at the foot of the page. It's completely anonymous but honesty would be appreciated!
So that's some of the boring shallow stuff about me...watch this space - and read Deborah's Diary on the Studio Scotland website to find out what I'm really up to.
If you'd like to be a 'Follower' or post your comments, I'd love to hear from you. Just keep it polite please!
